I use various resources in the teaching process, including those I find online and those I create myself, depending on my student's needs. My classes range from clearly teaching the grammar necessary for language construction to guiding the process of acquiring oral communication skills, all depending on your needs. Based on my experience in the educational field, I can say that two of the most important aspects I consider in the learning and teaching process are the student's needs and their learning styles. I encourage lots of oral communication, however the other three skills are present at any time of the classes. I can prepare and explain any topic you want to consider for your learning process.

Everything is personalized to you, from the content, to the pace, the activities and the interests you have. 😊 📚 These is what a Caro’s Spanish lesson looks like: ✔ Introduction and Needs Assessment: We start with a warm welcome and initiate a conversation to understand your goals, proficiency level, preferred learning style, and any specific areas you want to focus on (e.g., grammar, vocabulary, conversation skills). ✔ Customized Learning Plan: Based on the needs assessment, I develop a personalized learning plan outlining the objectives, topics, and activities for the session. Incorporating materials and resources that align with your interests, such as topics related to your hobbies, career, or areas of passion. ✔ Interactive Learning Activities: I like my classes to be engaging with a variety of interactive activities. For example: Role-playing scenarios relevant to your daily life or profession to practice conversational skills. Games and quizzes to reinforce vocabulary and grammar concepts in an enjoyable way. Cultural exploration activities, such as discussing Spanish traditions, cuisine, or literature, to deepen your understanding of the language in context. ✔ Continuous Feedback and Adjustments: Throughout the lesson, I provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support your progress. ✔Reflection and Goal Setting: Normally I finish the lesson with a brief reflection session, allowing you to share your thoughts, insights, and anything you found difficult. Innovating in methods means studying and understanding how to apply them in the classroom. You can't start and use them without understanding the rationale behind the method and how to achieve results in the necessary time. Furthermore, you must take into account the characteristics of the class group and, above all, any special educational needs that may be present. There are all kinds of methods, and it's important for teachers to be familiar with new methodologies in case a specific method doesn't work with a particular child in the class or with the entire group. Methods can also be combined if we see that a percentage of children haven't achieved the expected pace and the learning required to continue learning. It's important to work with a specialist teacher, who can intervene in the classroom as part of the school's inclusion or integration program, as they make an important contribution to managing teaching strategies. I am a teacher with years of experience in inclusive education and supporting children and adolescents with special needs. I offer personalized tutoring from early childhood, focusing on holistic development. My inclusive methodology ensures that each child receives the attention and support they need for their learning. I am located in Medellín and my classes are at home.

Mathematics student at the University of Antioquia. I teach differential and integral calculus, algebra and trigonometry, Euclidean geometry, mathematical logic, and linear algebra. My goal is to show young people in high school or starting university the true focus of mathematics, since many might find math boring or frustrating, which shouldn't be the case. Therefore, I offer you the opportunity to discover its beauty and demonstrate that with effort you can succeed in this beautiful branch of science. Mathematics is a constructive discipline, so if you're a little weak in one subject, you'll most likely have the same problem later on, since all the subjects are related. Therefore, before taking classes with me, I give you the opportunity to do an assessment to see what you are lacking, to recognize where to start and fill in those gaps, all with the aim of ensuring your success in your math subjects. to get to know the student, discuss some topics, and other things. In addition to that, I have one hour of advising each week to answer questions from some students, provided that there has been one hour of class during the week.
